What sort of music can people expect in your class? I play house music and songs with killer beats that will keep you motivated and moving with intensity and purpose from start to finish.
If I was an ice cream flavor, I’d be: Salted caramel (I love sweet and salty combos)!
Breakfast, lunch or dinner?: Dinner, because nothing beats winding down after a long day (especially if there’s such on the table).
Bird, Cat, Dog, Goldfish, Hamster or Pot Belly Pig? Bird, so I can fly anywhere, anytime, and avoid Calgary’s winter roads.
When I’m not instructing Lagree: I’m probably doing work in the community. I work with people with disabilities and I love learning from them and serving as a motivational presence in their lives. I’m also passionate about volunteering with seniors and people experiencing homelessness in Calgary and giving back whenever I can.
Guilty Pleasure: Eating sushi (and way too much of it).
You probably didn’t know that: I first got into LAGREE after breaking my femur and going through surgery. I wanted to find a workout that could build on my dance background while still delivering a high intensity, low impact, full-body workout. After taking my first class (and barely making it down the stairs after) I quickly fell in love with the LAGREE method!
